First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from CosmicEnergy.one. If you still cannot find it after 15–20 minutes, make sure you entered the correct email address during checkout. If the problem continues, contact us with your name, the email you used and (if available) your order ID so we can resend your reading.
In most cases, your reading is generated and delivered within a few minutes after payment. Occasionally there may be a short delay due to payment processing or high traffic. If you have not received anything after 30–60 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Right now we support several languages, including English, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Spanish, French and Italian. On the website you can select your preferred language before ordering. The explanation and guidance in the reading will be in the language you choose.
Yes. If you made a typo or want to use a different email, contact us and include your full name, the wrong email and the new email you want to use. For security reasons we may ask you for extra information to confirm that the request is really from you.
Because a tarot reading is a personalised digital product that is created specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds once the reading has been generated. If there was a clear technical or payment error, please contact us with details so we can review your case.
It is normal that a deeper tarot reading touches sensitive or emotional topics. Still, our readings are meant as reflection tools, not as absolute truth. If a topic feels too heavy, take a break, breathe, and revisit it later. If you are in crisis or dealing with serious mental health issues, please contact a qualified professional in your country.
We strongly advise against using tarot as a replacement for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Our readings are for reflection, insight and personal growth only. For concrete decisions that affect your health, safety or money, always talk to a licensed professional first.
We only ask for the minimum information we need to deliver your reading and process your payment. We do not sell your data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on the website. If you want us to delete your data, you can contact us and we will handle your request as soon as possible.

Yes. A good reading can stay relevant for weeks or even months. Many people like to re-read their cards after a few days, or at key moments, to see what still resonates and what has changed.
Yes. You can order using your own email address or the email address of the person who will receive the gift. Make sure you have their permission to use their email. If you want to prepare a surprise, you can also order to your own email and then forward or print the reading.
Sometimes we share special offers with our newsletter subscribers or community. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for the newsletter on the website. If you already have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout.
At the moment our service focuses on one clear, structured reading per order. You are free to order another reading later with an updated question or a different focus. In your own reflection you can use a journal to write down follow-up questions and insights.
Sometimes the payment provider confirms the payment while your browser runs into a timeout or connection issue. Please wait a few minutes and check your email, including the spam folder. If you still do not see a reading, contact us with the last four digits of your card (or transaction ID), order time and email address.
Available payment methods depend on your country and our payment partner, but usually include major credit and debit cards and sometimes local options. During checkout you will see which methods are available for you before you confirm your order.
Once a reading starts generating, we cannot change the question anymore. If you realise you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with all details. We cannot promise that we can modify it in time, but we will see what is realistically possible.
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click that link to stop receiving our newsletter. If you still receive messages after unsubscribing, contact us with the email address in question and we will remove it manually.
